  1. Standard Form: Ax + By = C , contains no fractions
  2. Slope-intercept Form: y = mx + b , where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept
  3. Point Slope Form :\left(y-y_1\right)=m\left(x-x_1\right),  where \left(x_1,\:y_1\right) is any point on a line
